Danish summer favourites: Rhubarb Pie / Danske sommer favoritter: rabarbertærte

I made two of my summer favourites today – and I thought that I had to share my recipes that are both easy and tasty. Usually it Amalie my daughter who make rhubarb pie – she is in fact the house dessert champion – but she’s in South America, and that’s why I had to invent an easy dessert – the result is this rhubarb pie – it’s quick to make, and is a success every time!

Rhubarb Pie

2 organic eggs
160 grams of organic cane sugar
100 grams of organic wheat flour
30 grams organic oatmeal
25 grams organic butter

How to do:

  1. Cut rhubarb into small pieces and place them into a greased pie dish
  2. Mix eggs and sugar white and add flour and oatmeal
  3. Pour the Egg mixture over the rhubarbs
  4. Emphasis small butter flakes all over the place
  5. Pie baked for half an hour at 180 ° C



Danske sommer favoritter: Rabarbertærte

Jeg har lavet to af mine sommer favoritter i dag – og tænkte at jeg måtte dele mine opskrifter som er både nemme og velsmagende.Normalt er det Amalie min datter der laver rabarbertærte – hun er nemlig husets dessert mester –  men hun er i Sydamerika så derfor har jeg måtte opfinde en nem dessert – resultatet er  denne rabarbertærte – den er hurtig at lave, og er en succes hver gang!


Indhold: 2 økologiske æg
160 gram økologisk rørsukker
100 gram økologisk hvedemel
30 gram økologisk havregryn
25 gram økologisk smør 

Sådan gør du:

  1. Rabarber i små stykker kommes i smurt tærteform
  2. Æg og sukker piskes hvidt og mel og havregryn  vendes i
  3. Æggeblandingen hældes over rabarberne
  4. Der lægges små smørklatter over det hele
  5. Tærten bages en halv time ved 180 grader

  1. Here is something else .. full of summer … for me – but I’m not a lover of pies … had to many bad pastries during my time in UK – but if you put this in front of me … I would have a big piece of it.
