Summer Grilled chicken on skewers and homemade pesto
We have had a great weekend, the sun has been shining, and for ones I did not work at all…Here is one of the family’s favorite dishes in the summer – we make spear in many variations, this is with Chicken and vegetables and new potatoes with homemade pesto.
Skewers soaked in water for half an hour before use.
Chicken, champion, red pepper fruit and cherry tomatoes, small pieces of organic wild garlic sausages, all put on skewers and grilled.
Broad-leaved parsley, basil, lightly toasted pine nuts, olive oil and parmesan blended with salt and pepper.
Potatoes are just boiled.
Serve with love and the evening sun – tastes great 🙂
